Auto Glass Shop Manager

Onsite Auto Services & Sales Inc. is looking for an experienced Auto Glass Shop Manager. Pay is determined based on experience.
Auto Glass experience required
Management experience preferred but not required
As an Auto Glass Shop Manager, your job will include:
- Working with QuickBooks and Square for payment processing/invoicing
- Providing customer service in person and over the phone/email
- Schedule customer appointments
- Creating employee schedules
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps
- Controlling and documenting inventory
- Balance registers, close out invoices, and potentially make bank deposits
- Placing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessary
- Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
- Supporting other team members with duties such as responding to customers questions and repairing/replacing glass
- Managing vehicle maintenance and management
Auto Glass Shop Managers need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have basic computer operating skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week

- Idaho Falls, ID 83401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Auto glass: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
